[Quickfix-developers] Execution report of Order Cancel Request Response and Order Cancel Replace Request

Dear Quickfix Developers,

I have made some changes in the quickfix code to generate sample FIX traffic. 
I am getting the execution report for the Order but not for the Order Cancel 
Request and Order Cancel Replace Request. Can any developer please let me 
know the reason for this.
I am attaching the file in which I have made code changes and the config files 
I am using. Application.cpp(examples/tradeclient/).
