[Quickfix-users] sessions acceptor

Hi, 

When trying to run an example application from quickfix/examples I got an
error:

$ ./ordermatch first.cfg
Configuration failed: No sessions defined for acceptor

first.cfg contains sample config file from QuickFix documentation.
