[Quickfix-developers] setNextTargetMsgSeqNum is C#?

I've noticed that both Java and C++ Session classes have implementations of
setNextSenderMsgSeqNum and setNextTargetMsgSeqNum 

For the life of me, I can't find the equivalent functions in C#.  I've
searched the source code and these forums but am not finding anything.  Does
the C# Session class have some other way of accomplishing the same thing?
