That isn't the message that is being rejected.  Tag 45 in your reject =
message points to the seqnum of the rejected message.  In this case, it =
points to message 272.  The first message you included is message 273.

I have 2 applications built with QuickFIX.  One is a sender, other a
receiver.
I'm reading in previously recorded price log files to read in data and =
send
it to the receiver app.

The QuickFIX within the reciever app is not able to process the message, =
and
it rejects it with error msg: Incorrect NumInGroup count for repeating =
group
