I have no experience with JNI, there is a guide to use it with QF in the
building documentation.

Anyway, I guess you need to compile the quickfix.lib for AMD64 using Visual
Studio.
There are plenty of documentation in the web about 64bit compilation with
VS2005, like the one bellow.
