[Quickfix-developers] CME Specific SendRequest

I've trolled through the archives but I can't see if the latest version
of the QF engine has implemented the CME (non FIX protocol compliant)
Send Request mechanism.

Specifically I need to implement functionality to allow me to request
exactly N (where N <=3D 2500) messages.

If this is not implemented has anybody done this before? Can anyone
point me in the correct direction?
