All, I have read over the documentation and tried to look thru the source for information on how to use the acceptance tests described at: http://www.quickfixengine.org/quickfix/doc/html/acceptance_tests.html. Ultimately I would like use this tool to create my own test cases (initiated and expected messages) and connect this engine to my own engine for testing of my own engine. I am unable to locate where this engine is, how I would create test cases, how I specify the configuration (e.g. what ip/port to connect to), etc. I have successfully built quickfix and run the ruby runat program to verify my install. I would prefer to use the C/C++ version of quickfix but I am open to the Java version if that is the only one that has this acceptance test tool. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
