[Quickfix-developers] Currenex reset settings

Sorry for a broker specific question, but is anyone out there using
Quickfix/J or quickfix with Currenex? If you are, could you tell me the
correct settings for the reset settings if you've worked them out:

ResetOnLogon =20
ResetOnLogout=20
ResetOnDisconnect=20
SendResetSeqNumFlag=20
ContinueInitializationOnError=20

I've read the docs and had a play, but cannot seem to get a set that
works reliably without giving me error messages.
