will this eventually be fixed?  the FIX42.xml file i see in SVN
(under https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/quickfix/trunk/quickfix)
is still missing this info.  i have a perl script that uses the
XML::Twig module to parse this file and pretty-print the
messages log.
