I am not using MySQL in any part of the application and I have
"#define HAVE_MYSQL 1"
commented out in the config_windows.h file. Does this shed any more light on the problem?

The most common cause for this is that quickfix was build with MySQL
support and it is unable to find the MySQL DLL.
