Sorry, I must apologize for this incorrect assertion, the code quoted is in=
correct.
I used message.setField() and not message.getHeader().setField()

The CME Certification Server did not check for header placing and allowed l=
ogin while testing start and mid-week logons and checked for header placing=
 during logons for testing Order Management!=20

How can I force the header tag within header region?
