[Quickfix-developers] some Class missed in documention

Hi All,
i can't locate some class found in the examples. for example, class inside
FIX40, FIX41, FIX42... namespace also FIX::ClOrdID, FIX::Symbol...
i just feel somethings missed in documention. anyone have idea about this?
