[Quickfix-developers] 3rd logon always fails

I posted this July 26 and it doesn't appear in the list archives so here it
is again.
 
I have uploaded a C# test application to reproduce bug #88 at

Can someone try it and confirm the issue?  If you need an executable just

Unfortunately I am not comfortable enough in C++ to debug this myself.
