Fixed a few items, like selection and navigation keys.

Ctrl, Shift, Alt, Back-Space, Del, now work.
Ctrl+X,C,V now work (cut/copy/paste)

I changed the .NET FRAMEWORK target from 3.5 to 2.0 since most people running windows already have 2.0, but some may not have 3.5.

If some functionality requires (I doubt it will) 3.5, I'll update it later.

For now, the easier it is to use/install... the better.

As for now, download, unzip, run! that's it.
