QuickCapture 0.3.0 released

QuickCapture (http://quickcapture.sourceforge.net) is a simple and easily-extensible application with minimal dependencies, designed to capture and process images taken from web cams. (Currently supports V4L1 and V4L2). It provides a robust feature set, and includes a plug-in system inspired in part by the likes of Pidgin and GIMP.

The 0.3.0 release features a new plug-in system, rewritten internals, and support for Video for Linux 2 web cams. Support for writing images in widely-used compressed image formats like JPEG and PNG has been moved out to plug-ins.
