QuickCapture 0.3.0 RC1 released

QuickCapture (http://quickcapture.sourceforge.net) is a simple and easily-extensible application with minimal dependencies, designed to capture and process images taken from web cams. (Currently supports V4L1 and V4L2). It provides a robust feature set, and includes a plug-in system inspired in part by the likes of Pidgin and GIMP.

In this release, all of the features planned for 0.3.0 have been written and lightly tested. If all goes well and no major problems are encountered, then 0.3.0 will be released by the end of March. You can download QuickCapture from http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/showfiles.php?group_id=243509.
