QuickCapture 0.2.2 and 0.3.0

As of now, I am headed off on vacation, and so the last release of QuickCapture(TM) this year will be a bugfix and service release, 0.2.2. It will aim to fix any existing problem that have been detected, as well as optimize existing code.

In the new year, QuickCapture(TM) 0.2 will retire and be replaced by QuickCapture(TM) 0.3, which has been in the pipeline for some time. Some of the improvements that are slated for QuickCapture(TM) 0.3 is an architecture that is capable of being easily ported across platforms, a UTF-8 compliant string library to help with internationalization, and a revamped utilities suite to clean up the main code base and also optimize some common and /or redundant operations.

It is likely that the 0.3.x series will see a longer cycle than either 0.1 or 0.2, as I add support for whatever platforms I am able to. Further, I will probably engineer the timing of my 0.3.0 release coincide with the release of a new Project Web site to take over from the SourceForge.net pages.
