#1 Save to text file with frame delimitation

Hi, I'm a novice at the unix side of mac os x. I'm trying to
get the output of terminal ASCII movies to save into a text
file with some kind of separation from frame to frame - be it
a few spaces or a symbol or something. I'm ultimately trying
to get the text into flash.

Can anyone help?
