#1 Cant open

After I run xampp, I cant open quexf! I followed the manual, but after I fill the user and password in http://localhost/forbidden I get a blank web page with the following message: “Object not found!” or “Index of/forbidden” (parent directory, name , etc.; Apache/2.4.3 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1c PHP/5.4.7 Server at localhost Port 80) . I don't know what to do.
