queXF: Bug fix version 1.1.2 released

queXF 1.1.2 (1.1.1 skipped) release fixes:

Output to file where there are long text boxes. Now will output to correct width

Also updates windows binary to use InnoDB tables so transactions should work correctly (therefore you will only be able to create a new form once, etc)
