Dear Igor,

My apologies for the long delay in returning your email.

This depends on how the form was set up / etc - but basically the form importing process should fill the formboxverifychar table with values.

The import process has a VID of 0
Then the bid refers to the box on the page. The fid is the particular form (see the forms table as a reference, i.e if you imported test_filled1.pdf first, it should be fid : 1)

Then a val of NULL indicates that that box was detected as empty based on the fill percentage guidelines in the configuration file. A val of 1 indicates the system detected it as filled. For character boxes with OCR enabled, the val should indicate the character that appears in the box.

When verification is complete for that form, there should be new rows inserted with a vid matching the verifiers table vid, and the values the verifier entered.

Regards,
Adam Zammit

Hi Adam,
In the first filled form "test_filled1.pdf" first question "The first part of matrix question"  first box is checked.
In the first filled form "test_filled1.pdf" second question "The second question in matrix question"  second box is checked.

Would you be kind to tell me what values are stored in database in this case.

Thank you
