[Queue-developers] Getting info. about a waiting job

Hi,

I am a new queue user and want to know a way to get information about
a waiting job. Is there a command-line option or something? Another
thing is for queue to limit number of jobs do all the jobs have to be
submitted using queue? Since queue checks system resources before
executing a spooled job I'd expect it to work even if some already-running
jobs have not been submitted using queue. I'd appreciate any feedback
regarding this at be...@fn....
