A quick patch is available for fixing allocline in queued.c for RedHat 7.0. The bug was reported (with sample fix code) by "Arthur H. Britto II" <ahb...@ia...>. The patch is available from http://sourceforge.net/patch/?func=detailpatch&patch_id=102206&group_id=5605. The line numbers in the patch are for CVS versions of queued.c, and so may not work well if you want to patch 1.20. However, the patch is so simple it shouldn't be a problem. I've also tried to release a new version of Queue, 1.30.1, which incorporates Monica Lau's queue_manager package as an optional compile in package, with the default (--enable-manager=NO) not to compile in due to some reported problems. This fixes the RedHat 7.0 allocline problem in queued.c as well. However, Sourceforge is malfunctioning, so if you want the new version you'll have to go to the backup server, http://bioinfo.mbb.yale.edu/~wkrebs/queue-latest.tar.gz until Sourceforge fixes its file release page bugs. |
