#3 Compile Bugs with 1.20.2 on HP V2600 with HPUX 11.0

we installed all the gnu tools: binutils, gcc.2.95.2, gmake, autoconf... and configure comes to a successful end. Then when we invoke make we get immediatly a syntax error in line 364 and when we try gmake we get an error although.
creating ./config.status
cd . \ && CONFIG_FILES=Makefile CONFIG_HEADERS= /bin/sh ./config.status
creating Makefile
cc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -g -c queue.c
cpp: error 3: Too many arguments to cpp.
gmake: *** [queue.o] Error 1

Can you give us some support, please ?

    Please check the beta version that came out on sourceforge, http://www.gnuqueue.org to see if it still has
    these problems.

    Version 1.40.1-beta represents a major release over 1.30.1 (or 1.20.2, which is ancient.)
