#47 Architecture-specific optimisations

Add AltiVec/SIMD specific implementations of some routines, to get
platform-specific performance improvements.

Initial candidates would be the math _Array functions (vector
optimisations typically need a large block of data to work with to
make their setup cost worthwhile), or fast sqrt approximations
(_frsqrte on G4s, HW sqrt on G5s, etc).
