#62 Server Explorer refresh

When I create a stored procedure, add a function, add
parameters to an existing stored procedure, it would be
nice, if I had it displayed immediately in the Server
Explorer. There is a contextMenu event Update Database
Stats on the database, however, that does not solve my
problem. If there is any easy way to do this, please
write me to martin.ralbovsky<at>gmail.com.
