#57 Intellisense should let you continue typing to limit list

When you type the beginning of what you want and hit
Ctrl-Space, the dropdown appears with possible
choices. However, at that point, you cannot limit the
choices further by typing the rest of the word so you're
either stuck scrolling a long list or you have to hit Esc,
then type and try again. For example, in Resharper for
VS, when intellisense drops down, you can continue
typing and intellisense limits the list and selects the
newer matches on the fly. Makes it much more smooth
and useful.

Also clicking the item should select it and return you to
normal, non-intellisense mode. Clicking the list item does
nothing.
