#56 Uppercase/ Lowercase selection

The 'Uppercase reserved words' thing on the edit menu is
great, but It would be useful to have the ability to change
the case of the current selection.

Ideally it would be possible to:

'Uppercase reserved words' in the current selection,
Uppercase current selection,
Lowercase current selection.

Failing that, just uppercase & lowercasing the current
selection (maybe using Ctrl+U or Crtl+L or something)
would be great.
