  I haven't tried, but I belive it should work. We are using the IBM DB2.NET Data Provider from IBM. I'd be surpriced if it does not support AS400.

  I can't try the AS400 connection because i have a problem (the same as explained in SUPPORT REQUEST), but if you want some details on as400 connection, IBM has writen a REDBOOK "Integrating DB2 universal Database for iSeries with Microsoft ADO.NET" at the following adress :
