#97 Server Explorer does not list inline & table functions

Server Explorer for a Sql 2000 database only returns
user defined functions of xtype ('FN') is missing user
defined functions of the following types:
Inline Functions (xtype = 'IF')
Table Functions (xtype = 'TF')

These are also not loaded into the intellisense
