#79 Doublicate VSS connection dialog

When expanding an server node of a server, that has a
VSS controled DB the 'connecting to VSS' progress bar
appears for the first time. When expanding the DB that
is under VSS control the progress bar appears again.
That happens not always but sometimes under
circumstances, that I cannot find out.
