Dear All, I am trying to do transient analysis for MOSFET based circuit. But I am not able do it. Following are details of same, *Bug Description: * Not able to do transient analysis for MOSFET based circuit. When I press tab for simulation it opens up window which shows *Creating Netlist and gets stuck there*. *It does not give any errors or warnings for same.* *Operating system Information:* OS used : Ubuntu 10.10 QUCS version: 0.0.16 I am attaching QUCS project file herewith. Hello Abhishek Please switch off word wrap when including schematic files. I could reproduce your problem. If you change the voltage of the "ideal rectangle voltage source" from 5V to 1V, qucs does not get stuck during netlist creation. It seems like a bug.
