I was experimenting with the doxygen autogenerated documentation. See
`qucs/contrib/doxygen` and `qucs-doc/doxygen`
I placed the stripped down HTML (no figures for graphs, only for LaTex
symbols found in docstrings) into the SourceForge weg-host.
The HTML directory is about 45 MB for qucs and 110MB for qucs-core. If
we include figures it grows to some 600-700MB which is better handled
locally if somebody wants to have it.
On the other hand the full blown doxygen PDF version including all the
graphs are relatively small. The qucs refman is 53MB (with 2175 pages)
and qucs-core refman 123MB (with 5575 pages). This is the longest PDF
document I have ever seen, thanks Doxygen, thanks LaTex!
These PDF files were both placed at:
* these docs reflect the status from the new rebased/squased branch
`dynamic-loader-merge` which I am about to merge into master, maybe
tomorrow. Comparison over here:
* qucs-core doxygen also included the documentation for ADMS, which
would come in handy to investigate its structure.
* we shoud start using the \todo and \bug keywods in documentation
strings. They are pulled out in a special TODO and BUGS `Related Pages`,
see qucs documentation for example. I find it a handy way to keep future
tasks and ideas in the code itself.
