on a separate note, I have now made the default editor open an editing tab in the main window rather than the external qucsedit program. The behaviour is still controlled by the applications settings, with the change that if just the string "qucsedit" is put in the 'Text Editor' box the internal tab-based qucs editor is used (actually this is a confusing choice of string, I might change to just "qucs"), but otherwise Qucs looks for the program pointed to here. I think this is better because Qucs does not need to know where an external program exists (on the most recent windows version if I try to open the last netlist for instance, it just displays an error message as the default location for the external qucsedit program points to the wrong place). I also think we should now get rid of the separate qucsedit component altogether, and use the tab based editor exclusively, unless the user has selected an external one. What do we think?
