It would be useful for some circuit examples to have a switch that opens and closes periodically. Many circuits have one of these (actually implemented as a square wave-controlled transistor or a pulse-controlled thyristor, but it's easier to study and draw them as a periodic switch).
The parameters would be the same as those of the switch, replacing init and time with T (period), d (duty cycle) and Td (time in which it closes for the first time).
Maybe it's preferred to have just Ton and Toff instead of T and d, just like in a square wave source, but I think T and d is better.
