Hi. I'm in trouble using controlled sources with Qucs. I don't understand how they works. For example, I want to simulate the next circuit but I don't know drawing it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tsy5trvz3twxt9q/circuit.jpeg?m
I don't understand what you don't understand...
Your circuit does not have controlled current sources, just normal current sources.
The top current source is dependent on current i0, right? See attached schematic for a possible use of a CCCS. I'm afraid you cannot enter conductance values, only resistance.
I used conductance values and obtained incorrect values. Would be a possible Qucs bug?
How did you use conductance values? qucs only supports resistance values
When you put the resistance value, you add the letter S
Your input is wrong. The resistor expects an input in Ohms, not in Siemens. If you really want to use conductance, you may try to insert as R as 1/conductance, but I think it will not work (not sure it will read the fraction). You can also try to use equations to do the fraction and assign it to the resistor.
oh my mistake, I was watching the schematic from my phone, didn't mention the 3i0
