#62 Diode's junction potential

I did this scheme http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/9022/pantallazom.png and, after simulating, I got this http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/6029/pantallazo1mj.png
Shouldn't the forward voltage drop have approx. the same value the junction potential has? Or am I mistaking parameters?

    You are mistake the parameter. The parameter is involved only in equations for the junction capacitance. If you want to see effect in the DC curve, then change the "Is" parameter.

    For your convenience I added a setup showing how the Is parameter is used to change the voltage drop across the diode.
