Quban 0.6.1.3 released

This release changes the way that servers are validated and initial server connections are managed. It also resolves the following bugs:

• When there are multiple background jobs the most recently updated was not always displayed at the top of the job list.
• There are now default values that can be set (in preferences) for the values to be used to filter the list of available groups (hiding groups with fewer articles than the limit you set).
• Expire jobs didn't always update their status.
• Background jobs sometimes crashed if still running at application shutdown.
