New Quarkos branding

Quarkos operating system had used mainly Q4OS artwork until today. Now we introduce new logos and branding, exclusive just for Quarkos and integrate it into the Quarkos system and installation media. Anyone is welcome to contribute to Quarkos as well as Q4OS artwork, as it's open source and available on GitHub, see https://github.com/q4os/q4os-branding
