Quark 21.10 Impish stable

Quark 21.10 Impish stable live media is now available for download in two variants, Q4OS look and Windows look. This release is based on Ubuntu 21.10 Impish, with Plasma 5.22 desktop by default. Trinity 14.0.11 desktop is available for installation from Quark repositories. This non-LTS release follows Ubuntu 9 months support cycle, so we will support it as long as Ubuntu upstream does.
