#28 Increasing the reader length for BLOB / CLOB

I am interested in increasing the default reader
length for BLOBs and CLOBs to from 2k. Are there any
configuration settings that may be setting the limit
to 2k? I believe there was a standard Java integer
type used to retrieve the length from the reader but
would like to know if there is any other setting in
the app.

If I am able to extend the length of the read I will
send you the changes.
