[Quantlib-dev] canada calendar: easter monday

Hi there,

easter monday is mistakenly flagged as a holiday for the Canadian calendars.
Only the friday (good friday) is an actual holiday (as far as the markets
and the vast majority of employers are concerned anyway). This can be
verified on bloomberg.
