Starting from release 1.32, a semi-official C# package is also available
from NuGet (see <https://www.nuget.org/packages/QuantLib/>).  It should
work on Windows and OS X, but it's not guaranteed to work on all Linux
distributions; we'll be grateful for any reports, either of successes or
failures.
