[Quantlib-users] Second release candidate for version 1.31

Hello everybody,
    a second release candidate addressing some performance problems is
available at <https://github.com/lballabio/QuantLib/releases/tag/1.31rc2>.
If you have time, please try it out and report here on the mailing list.
Prerelease Python wheels can be installed from TestPyPI by running

    python3 -m pip install -U -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ --pre
