Hello,
    it was added in the C++ library in version 1.23 (see
https://github.com/lballabio/QuantLib/blob/QuantLib-v1.23/ql/time/calendars/canada.cpp#L65).
As far as I can see, there's no corresponding QuantLibXL release yet.
