Hi All,

A preliminary build of QuantLibXL version 1.21 is available at this link:

https://bintray.com/quantlib/prerelease/QuantLibXL/1.21_prerelease#files

I would be grateful to anyone who could test it and let me know if it's OK.

I believe that I have merged all of the pull requests that I have 
received, and responded to other queries.  If I forgot anything please 
let me know.
