[Quantity-devel] new cvs version of Quantities

I have just uploaded a new version of Quantities to the cvs server.
This contains a couple of bug fixed, but mainly a new scheme for standardization 
and reverse standardization (i.e., recalculation) of values between units. In 
particular, the design of the class hierarchies was changed in such a way that 
now standardization is no longer the responsibility of a Unit (which shouldn't 
know about the existence of recalculation anyway) but rather of a Quantity.
In the process of these changes, also a couple of changes in names of classes 
were introduced (mainly, low level stuff). Please use the new version after 
checkout, and do inform me of any problems encountered.
