[Quantity-devel] generating a list of all units for a certain quantity

The AllUnits template now contains a new member function `allsymbols ()'.
This returns a std::vector<std::string> of the unit symbols which are listed for 
a certain quantity.
Could be used as

std::vector<std::string> timeunit_symbols Time::AllUnits::allsymbols ();

This example is included in QuantityTest.cc.
Please check under realistic conditions ...
