#2 Implement capture_directory console var
Currently capturing path/to/demo.dem creates the
resulting capture (e.g. demo.avi) in the base Quake
directory.
Allow the user to specify a capture_directory, so that
the demo is captured as different/path/to/demo.avi in
the base Quake directory if capture_directory has the
value different/path/to.
Should be latched. Default is of course "."

Note we can't easily just use the path of the demo being
captured, since it may often be a virtual path within a PAK
archive file.
I've implemented this feature locally but I'll leave the job
open until documentation/released patch support it.
