#7 incorrect upload file operation in php 4.3.1

php : 4.3.1
apache : 1.3.27

1) incorrect upload file in quadrille.
need to check the upload file size rather than upload file
variable.

2) cannot save the upload file correctly.
need to use move_uploaded_file function
